At least three weeks before
each meet, we will post on the website the list of attendees at that
meet. Then, approximately ten days before each meet, you will
get a phone call confirming your team’s attendance. Up until that
time, there is no financial penalty if you drop out of a meet for
which you are currently signed up to play. However, once that
confirmation call has been completed, the League’s financial
penalties will apply for meets dropped after the final scheduling
process has started. Once all the confirmation calls for a
given meet have been completed, we will prepare a detailed meet
schedule and post it on our website. The detailed schedule (time,
court assignment and opponent for each meet) will be posted no later
than the Sunday evening before each Saturday meet (i.e. six days in
advance). The posting schedule for each meet as described
above is as follows:
