MARATHON

Marathon and Marathon City are the same city. It is located 10 miles west of Wausau just off of Highway 29. The high school and elementary school are not located next to each other. Highway 107 goes directly through Marathon. The directions below start at the corner of Highway 29 and Highway 107.

If traveling from the south on Highway 107, you will need to turn east on the appropriate street listed below depending on what school you need to find.

HIGH SCHOOL

204 East Street

From Highway 29, take Highway 107 exit (Marathon City/Merrill). Go south 9/10 of a mile to 2^nd Street. Turn left (east) on 2^nd Street (Curves is on the corner). Go 5 blocks or 3/10 of a mile to East Street. The high school is on East Street.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

100 Spring Valley Drive

From Highway 29, take Highway 107 exit (Marathon City/Merrill). Go south one mile to 4^th Street. Turn left (east) on 4^th Street (before Mobil). Go 6 blocks or 4/10 of a mile to Spring Valley Drive. Turn right (south) on Spring Valley Drive. The elementary school is on the left.
