TRAVEL TO MANY HSEIT
TEAMS REGARDING HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
We are now 2 weeks from your arrival and
check-in and for many of the teams, we still do not have all of the
names that have been called into us in order to fill the hotel rooms
you blocked for your teams.
The hotels have the right and may take back
rooms as of 3:00 PM FRIDAY 5/30/2008 if they have no names.
Your room blocks are in jeopardy !
Please contact us to determine if your room
blocks are complete and remaining rooms can be released.
